Smith will be responsible for creating, executing, and overseeing an annual product development plan and ensuring it aligns with restaurant operations. She will also manage logistics for all new or improved ingredients, menu items, equipment, and small wares.

The first-ever matchup between Michigan and Kansas State kicks off at 8:15 p.m. MST on Saturday, Dec. 28 in Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Ariz. The brand, built on wings, beer and sports, previously announced international expansion plans to Canada, Mexico and the Middle East.
